This second session in the Transformed Parish Initiative will focus on forming the senior leadership team using Fr. James Mallon’s Divine Renovation Guidebook. This day is designed for parishes who are starting their journey and are looking for guidance and support in forming the right leadership team at the parish. Topics on the day will include the importance of unanimity of vision, discovering the strengths and gifts of your parishioners, and navigating healthy conflict and building trust. There will be time for parishes to work collaboratively as well as time for feedback and discussion. We encourage parishes to send a group led by at least one priest.
