People are sometimes surprised to hear that there are eight kinds of intimacy and many more kinds of boundaries. Both are needed for healthy relationships. This workshop will introduce key elements of healthy relationships, whether for single or married people, lay or religious. What do we mean by affective maturity and psychosexual development? What knowledge, values and skills do we need for healthy relationships? What is the relationship between prayer, spirituality and sexuality? What is healthy chastity, which is for all Christians, and how can we enrich it? And other questions.
