Self-inquiry meditation is a day-long workshop followed by a series of (non-mandatory) evening sessions that will support participants to identify and question stressful thoughts and beliefs using the method of The Work of Byron Katie. The self-inquiry meditation is simple, effective and extremely powerful in dealing with stress and developing a clear mind. It will be delivered by Nadine Ferris France, a Certified Facilitator of The Work and co-Founder of The Work Ireland.
Facing our shadow
Our shadow is what we refuse to see about ourselves, and what we do not want others to see. There are many ways to do shadow work. Perhaps the simplest is to observe ourselves in our negative thoughts and judgments about others. Byron Katie’s ‘The Work’ offers a simple meditative and transformative process for helping us identify and question thoughts and beliefs.
