SAFEGUARDING OF YOUNG PEOPLE DURING PANAMA IN DUBLIN
All leaders have been Garda Vetted and have undergone Safeguarding and Leadership Training for this Event.
At all times there will be a team on duty at the Panama in Dublin Reception Desk at the entrance to the Main Assembly Room.
The sleeping and bathroom arrangements are separate for the 16 – 18 years and all other participants and leaders.
For the 16 – 18 years olds a room has been allocated for the males and another for females. Bathrooms have been similarly allocated.
The final booking receipt will contain a phone number that will operate for the whole event.
A member of the Child and Vulnerable Adult Safeguarding Office will be at the whole event.
